Mayor Heather Fargo
My vote is for our Mayor, Heather Fargo.
People have a new choice this year, Kevin Johnson and he has become very popular with young people just as Obama has.
In a world where so much change is needed, we not to kick people when there down.
Mayor Heather Fargo has been our mayor for the last eight years and maybe she is to blame for a few things in Sacramento development history. But she is a candidate who’s close to 0 when it comes to looses.
People ask me why am I voting to keep Heather Fargo in office.
That Sacramento is better off with a new mayor someone who can bring change and connections to Sacramento. People say that Kevin Johnson did marvels things for his very own small urban community of Oak Park, a less then desirable suburb of Sacramento.
Kevin Johnson brought new development to Oak park, and he even helped pay for the construction of a Starbucks in the area to serve that new energized community. With all that in mind, it hasn’t changed my mind.
Heather Fargo for mayor and that’s all i have to say.
Sacramento has many problems and more to face this coming year.
But with all our faults I do not think that Mayor Fargo is to blame for our recent short comings.
I think much is to blame for our congress leaders, not sticking to there campaign promises and causing continuing grid lock when it comes to fundamental decision for Sacramento.
Downtown needs our help, Kevin Johnson may be the best option for that, but Mayor Fargo will see that all of the downtown area benefits from any development not only the select investors Kevin Johnson has in his Rolodex of greed.
In the last years I’ve seen also, Sacramento has become more of a family place to live.
I don’t have a family for now, and I’m not trying to move to LA again. Sacramentoains don’t know how good we have it.
What we do need is more entertainment, after school programs, and sex education in school again.
I grew up in Fair Oaks California a northern suburb and very desirable area of Sacramento.
